    Our original and most popular crust. Made daily from our simple in house recipe which never contains fillers or preservatives. Bakes to a fluffy center with a crisp edge

  • Thin

    Still made with our house recipe dough we just roll it to half the thickness of our hand tossed crust. Bakes to a crisp. but not flaky crust

  • Pan

    (Available only in 14" Add $2) You guessed it, We still make this crust with our fresh dough. This crust is thick on the bottom and is pre-baked in a deep pan with garlic butter. This gives it a nice crisp texture and amazing taste

  • Gluten Free

    (Available only in 10" Add $3) Ok this one we import from Italy. It's the best gluten free we could find. Great flavor very crispy and good tear and texture

    Classic pizza sauce, with a balanced amount of Italian herbs and spices

    This is our great traditional sauce with a generous amount of sugar. Sugar adds an interesting flavor profile goes especially well with meat toppings. Also sugar neutralizes some of the acid in the tomato which tends to make it a little easier on most people with sensitive stomachs

  • Spicy

    This is our great traditional sauce with a kick. We add hot sauce and crushed red pepper to heat things up a bit

  • Garlic Butter

    House garlic butter is brushed on in place of red sauce
