    Founded in 1928 Turkey Creek Golf Club, this Lake County Parks facility, continues to provide great golf to Northwest Indiana & is a recent winner of the Post-Tribune Neighbors Choice Award. The course offers hilly, tree-lined fairways with slightly sloping greens that provide the golfer with a feeling of a classic golf course. Recent improvements include a new irragation system able to water the entire course including roughs, 2 large ponds, raise #17 fairway, and new tees on #3 & #17. Turkey Creek also features a putting green to perfect that stroke, pro shop for those things you might have forgotten, a full-service restaurant, lounge, and snack bar facilities. Tee times are accepted up to 7 days in advance and the course is easily accessible off I-65. A striking feature of the layout is Turkey Creek, which runs throughout the course and comes into play on 12 of the 18 holes. Each of these holes presents a beautifully designed, unique challenge that offers options for all ability levels. Combine excellent course conditions, with a comfortable clubhouse, Pro Shop, and affordable pricing...and you can't go wrong! If you are planning a banquet, golf outing or other special event, the Banquet on the Green offers a great atmosphere for up to 250 people overlooking the course and the staff will work with you to offer something that will please all, within your budget.
