  With SGT, you can enjoy the camaradarie and affordability of a class, while also receiving the personal attention and individual programming that you get through personal training. SGT consists of groups of 3-6 and is a great way to make new friends that share your same interest...being healthy! Or get your family members or friends together and enjoy some quality time getting fit and feeling great together. No previous workout experience is needed, as all sessions will be customized so each individual completes a safe and effective workout. Make the commitment and see the results with SGT!   • Bridal Boot Camp (60 Minute Sessions)

    Boot Camp & Fit Camp workouts are a great way to maximize your fat-burning potential and gain lean muscle mass. By performing exercises in a circuit format, fitcamp workouts target every muscle in your body and keep you moving the entire time, which helps you keep your heart rate up and burn more calories! Resistance exercises in boot camp workouts help promote the growth of lean muscle mass, which helps to tone and tighten your entire body and triggers your body to burn even more calories up to hours after your workout. With additional benefits such as improved balance, flexibility, agility, and mobility, these workouts are a perfect supplement to any weight loss or sport specific training program. Minimum of six, maximum of 12. Boot Camp is held outdoors at Frances Park or Tower Grove Park. Fit Camp is held indoors at TWL. Both can also be held at your workplace or another park!

  • Deep Tissue Massage

    Utilizes slow strokes and direct pressure across the grain of the muscles with the fingers, thumbs or elbows.
