    Panchakarma therapeutic process is a cleansing and rejuvenating program for the body, mind and consciousness. A comprehensive Ayurvedic assessment starts the detoxification to determine your doshic and personal needs. Dietary and lifestyle recommendations will be made and a packet including special therapeutic recipes provided. A traditional kitchari mono diet is followed for a five day duration which precedes a series of two hour treatments that take place over three consecutive days. Treatments will consist of Abhyanga massage and Shirodhara warm oil. Benefits of the program include: Elimination of toxins and toxic conditions from your body and mind. I study new modalities and remedies everyday and am truly passionate about what I do." Bernadette studied at The International Dermal Institute in Mass. and became a medical aesthetician under the training of Dr Ed Jaccoma at Akari. Bernadette acquired her Reiki level 1 & 2 with Jeffery Hotchkiss, and her level 3 master/teacher with Mary Schmaling Kearns. She has been studying Ayurveda for several years at New World Ayurveda with Dr. Paul Dugliss.
