Photo Day Information

• Photo Day Procedures

  We want to make your photo day as quick and efficient as possible! To do this we need your help. Please read and follow these simple instructions and photo day will be a snap!

  • Be On Time

    Have your player arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled photo time to fill out required information.

  • Be Prepared to be Photographed.

    The resulting photo product is only as good as the preparation to take the photo. Hair combed, face and uniform clean.

  • Completed Photo Order Envelope.

    The photo order envelope must be turned in at the time photos are taken. This helps us make sure player's information is linked to their image.

  • Payment for Photos is Due at Time Photo is Taken.

    We are proud of our ability to turnaround photos quickly so it is imperative the Photo Order is Paid for and in the Player's hand on Photo Day.

  • Before a Team can be put in the Que to be Photographed.

    All player's that are expected that day must be lined up Shortest to Tallest with Photo Order Envelopes in the Player's Hand.

  • Major Credit Cards, Checks & Cash are Accepted.

    We accept: Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discovery. Personal Checks or Money Orders. Cash in the form of exact change is always welcome.

  • Late Orders Are Not Accepted.
