• Salon Policies

  We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure a complete and relaxing experience and to allow time to fill out any necessary personal information. Arriving late for your appointment may require us to shorten the length of your service or reschedule your appointment. If you are running late for your appointment, please call us and let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.

  • Cancellations

    We do require a credit card on file for all reservations to secure your appointment. This will be used to reserve your future appointment(s) time and will be charged if the following occurs: Cancelling or rescheduling within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, taj salon & spa will be charging 50% of your total service(s). Missing an appointment without calling, taj salon & spa will be charging 100% of your total service(s). Online appointments cannot be canceled or changed online. All cancellations or changes must be made by phone to avoid mishap or double booking.

  • Wedding Parties of Four or More

    To ensure your appointment reservations we kindly ask for a $150 deposit when booking your appointments along with a credit card number. We require 72 hour notice to cancel all appointments for a full refund. Cancellation after 72 hours will be refunded 50% of the total, and same day cancellations will be charged 100% of the total expense for all cancelled appointments.

  • General

    For the comfort of all of our guests, we kindly ask that you do not bring small children and infants into the salon and spa unless they have an appointment. Please keep all cell phones and conversations discrete while receiving and waiting for your service.

  • Gratuity

    Gratuity is not included in your service fee and is left to your discretion.

  • Our Guarantee

    If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your service or experience, please let us know. We will do everything we can to make it right.

  • Returns

    Taj salon & spa will gladly accept returns of any un-opened or minimally used products within 14 days of the purchase date with a valid receipt for an exchange or in-store credit. All gift cards and clearance items are non-refundable.

    Don't stress! taj offers a Beauty Call where the team will travel to your location the day of your wedding with a minimum of four people requesting appointments. Travel Charges are $0.55/mile (mileage is tracked from the location of the salon to the on-site location and back to the salon). If the location is over 35 miles away, there is an additional $10 of gratuity added for each service provider
