    whole pork butts are seasoned and smoked 24 hours. we hand pull the meat and season with sting-ray’s signature barbeque sauce. served with 2 sides.

  • Whole Rack Pork Ribs

    this is finger licking good entree. coated with sting-ray’s signature barbeque dry rub and slow smoked until tender then slathered with sting-ray’s rib sauce. served with 2 freshly prepared sides. ½ racks also available.

    a crowd pleasing choice. 2 crab cakes made with crabmeat mixed with sting-ray’s spices and seasoning. deep fried until golden brown. served with 2 sides.
