      Rumor has it that the best surgeons in italy had been trained by the butchers of norcia, italy's pork and black truffle capital. These butchers honed their craft using the local wild boar or "cinghiale" and cured every part. For this flavorful patty we grind cured boar sausage and black truffles with fresh pork shoulder.

      Cows and cheese are the specialty of this northern mountainous province, with gorgonzola being the cheese of choice. Our 1/2 half pound piedmontese grass fed beef is grilled to your liking and topped with warm fragrant "formaggio azzuro" and radicchio

      House infused tea vodka with lemonade and ice tea tainted tea is our rejuvenated version of the classic Arnold Palmer (half lemonade, half ice tea). Arnold Daniel palmer (born September 10, 1929) is an American professional golfer, who is generally regarded as one of the greatest players in the history of men's professional golf. We have spiced up his drink with the addition of our house infused tea vodka

    • Fruit of the Loom

      Stecchino pear vodka, muddled grapes, simple syrup and sauvignon blanc fruit of the loom is a stecchino creation. Designed with summer in mind, we created a refreshing cocktail that is easy to drink while still packing a punch. We chose pears and grapes as they compliment our menu and who doesn't love them.

    • Skinny Basil Gimlet

      veev acai, fresh basil, lime juice and simple syrup utilizing veev's low calorie acai liquid we've infused our own Italian flavor with mr. basil leaf. add some lime juice and simple flavor, this drink is worth ordering just for the fragrance alone.

    • Corpse Reviver No.2

      Plymouth gin, cointreau, lillet blanc and lemon juice the corpse reviver family of cocktails are originally intended as"hair of the dog" hangover cures, hence the name. Harry craddock inventor of the #2, was a united states citizen who left during prohibition and joined the american bar association at the savoy hotel, in london 1920. craddock was one of the most famous cocktail barmen of the 1920s and 1930s. Craddock's "the savoy cocktail book" was published in 1930, and is still in print today.

    • Burton's Honey

      Elijah craig bourbon, cointreau, orange juice and honey named after the phil burke's grandfather, philip burton, the man was single handedly responsible for burke's sweet tooth. Always one for honey on his brown bread, we've switched the loaf for the liquid and fired in some orange flavor. G' luck

      Plymouth gin, saint germaine and lemon juice the vieux mot was first created by don lee, the bar manager of new york's pdt. Following in the tradition of others who have made drinks with st germain, lee gave this cocktail a french name. In english, "vieux mot" means "old word" and, is and adaptation of the "the last word", a classic prohibition cocktail.

      Three olives, root beer vodka, root beer soda and vanilla ice cream originally called the t, c and j this cocktail was created by stecchino bartender james mccuigan along with regulars charles bognor and tom degnan (now also one of our bartenders). We had just added a root beer vodka to the menu and started playing around with it. We ended up with a spiced root beer float that tasted delicious.

      Three olives, expression vodka and chilled espresso with a hint of chocolate if the nights are weighing you down and things are starting to lag, this drink is just what you need.
