• Yoga all levels (1 hr 15 min)

  All levels are invited to join us for a slow flowing vinyasa class which emphasizes movement from one pose to another guided by the rhythm and flow of your breath. You will build focus, strength, increase tone and flexibility. This class will focus on alignment while encouraging continuous movement flowing from pose to pose through basic yoga poses. All postures can be modified to accommodate all bodies and each student is encouraged to work at their own pace.
