      Yin Yoga Class: Yin yoga is and should be practiced by all levels and bodies. It is meant to open the body by using lots of props and holding postures for longer periods of time. Though this may sound easy or boring, it is far from that. Instead it can be challenging and mind opening. A perfect class that compliments any workout.

    • Kundalini Yoga & Meditation

      Clear away past patterns of being that keep you stuck and wake up your potential to meet life with a cheerful, peaceful energy. Taught by ebStudios co-owner Samantha Brown, a certified Kundalini instructor, this class blends active sequences, called "kriya", with chanting, visualizations and specific breathing techniques and meditations to create a full body experience of awakening. Throughout, you will be building a deeper awareness of your inner state of health so that your organs and energy systems can function at their best. With consistency, these practices will help you develop a clear and peaceful mind, a strong and dynamically flowing body, and an experience of the connection between the finite self and infinite consciousness. This class is accessible to healthy beginners, yet inspiring to long-time practitioners.

Slightly more active than our restorative yoga, this class carefully builds the postures that comprise sun salutations, warrior flows and other sequences.

      Gently relax your mind, body, and Spirit with this refreshing yoga & intention setting class. Designed to clear our energy fields so that we can be clearer deliberate co-creators with the Universe! Group intention setting can be a very powerful catalyst to activating all of your dreams. This class is designed to give you a boost for the week so that you are naturally and effortlessly that much closer to your fullest potential.

    • Yin Yang Hatha Flow

      Moving throughout the body a rather simple class format is used: first warm-up (yang), next hold (yin), then repeat. Unlike a traditional Yin practice where you move from one held posture to the next, in this class a Yang (movement oriented) series is done before a Yin (longer held) pose, each aspect helping to stretch the deep connective tissues, the main purpose for Yin Yoga. Combining the yin and yang aspects of hatha yoga with a 'gentler is better' approach and a healthy dose of breath work, this class is great for all levels and all bodies helping to access a greater sense of inner and outer balance.

    • Noon Vinyasa Boost

      This all levels class brings energy and balance to your day. Dynamic poses will warm the body, and focused breathing will steady the mind. Through intelligent and incremental sequencing we gain confidence and build equanimity. Come see how the practice empowers your weekday!

      This intermediate vinyasa class builds deeper strength in the body. Focused on building heat in preparation for holding postures longer, we challenge ourselves to build confidence and transform from the inside out. Wednesday evenings are the perfect time to wring out the week so far and recharge for finishing strong.

    • Pure Yin

      Come spend a Pure Yin hour with Tessa Tovar. A perfect compliment to any active lifestyle. Yin Asanas (postures) are typically held for longer periods of time allowing the muscles, fascia and connective tissues to release more naturally. Balancing Yin, which turns the mind inward and naturally cultivate energy through rest may sound counter-intuitive at first. Consider, the practice of Yang, which is an outward expression of the fiery life-force; which if left unbalanced can be a real challenge in today's 24/7 culture. If we give our bodies the time and space to slow down, to sit with ourselves and be curious, this will allow the spirit and soul time to integrate and we will naturally come back to ourselves, becoming more grounded and self-aware. Ultimately the ability to listen to the subtle cues of the soul are realized here. This is a great way to round out the evening and set the tone for a night of restful sleep. Linking yoga postures with the breath will lead you to new discoveries, bringing awareness to the mind, body and spirit, and also the spirit of your growing baby. In this practice, conducted in a calm, peaceful environment will help strengthen the uterus and pelvic muscles, improve circulation, aid in digestion, exercise the spine and increase overall comfort. Yoga can also alleviate many of the discomforts of pregnancy such as nausea, constipation, varicose veins, swelling, back pain and sciatica.       Have you tried to practice at home only to have your toddler climb all over you and bring everything to a screeching halt? Has your child started crawling or otherwise outgrown all of the "mommy and me" Yoga classes? Are you on to baby number 2 or 3 and just can't seem to find the time to practice? Well then this class is for you! I can't guarantee your kiddos won't climb all over you still, but you will be guided through a nice, juicy and moderately-paced Vinyasa class while your kiddo(s) can play and let loose with other little ones. Children are always welcome to practice with mom, but they're also welcome to stay true to their free-wheelin, curious and energy filled nature and just PLAY. Bring a toy or two for kids to play with and water or milk but please no snacks.
