  • When Are You Open?

    Our studio opens 15 minutes before classes start. Check out the class schedule tab for class times.

  • How Do I Schedule Myself into a Class?

    All classes are booked on-line via our website. Our focus is on delivering high quality classes in a state-of-the art studio. We specialize in Indoor Cycle classes only and because of this we believe we do it better than anyone else!

  • Why Don’t You Take Walk-in Customers?

    We don’t take ‘walk in’ customers because we believe in a more streamlined process, where you don’t have to wait to make your transaction when you arrive for class. The second benefit to buying and scheduling your rides in advance is something our clients really love – You will always know in advance that you have a bike reserved. There’s nothing worse than turning up to find that there are no free bikes. Our clients also love that they can organize their schedule for the week ahead in the comforts of their home or on the go with our mobile app. All they have to do is show up for class and ride. The instructor does all the thinking about how the work out will progress and when class is over they can float out into their day with that signature Quest Cycle ‘high!’

  • Is Booking Classes on-line Difficult?

    Our clients are surprised at how easy it is to book and pay for classes on-line. It takes less than 5 minutes to set up an account and booking classes can be done by simply logging in, clicking the ‘class schedule’ tab, and choosing a class. We also have a Mobile App that really takes ‘simple’ and ‘convenient’ to the next level. Our software is very user-friendly, but if you ever have any questions you can call us at: 207.541.9441.

  • How Old Do You Have to Be?

    We allow anyone to use the facility as long as you are 14 years or older. If you are under 18 we will need you to show your parents the liability waiver online and have them check the box when creating your account.

  • Cancellation Policy

    You can cancel online with 4 hours advance notice in order to avoid a penalty.

  • How Far in Advance Can I Book?

    We allow customers to book into class up to 7 days in advance.

  • Wait List

    If the class is full, you will have the opportunity to go on a wait-list. If you opt to go on the wait-list you should check your email frequently because we will alert you via email if there has been a cancellation and you have been added to the class. Our expectation is that if you go on the wait-list your intention is to take the class if an opening becomes available. If your plans change and you are unable to take a spot when it becomes open you will have to call us to get taken off the wait-list.
