  • Medical Qigong Exercise

    Duration: 1 hour; $18. Qigong is revered worldwide as an ancient practice that brings health to the body and peace to the mind. In this class, you'll focus on simple standing, sitting, and moving Qigong routines to reduce stress and improve your overall body health. Your professional instructor will guide you as you make your way through a series of traditional routines such as standing and sitting versions of Eight Pieces Brocade, Four Seasons Medical Qigong, and White Crane Soft Qigong. As you make your ways through your practice, you'll feel your body stretch and strengthen as your mind opens up to a whole new level of enlightenment.
