      This power yoga class designed to tone, and detoxify your body. The yoga class is for all levels from the beginner to most advanced student. (75 minute class)

      This power yoga class focuses on the foundations of power yoga, body alignment, physical conditioning, and mindfulness. The class is excellent for new and all levels students (75 minute class)

    • Power Hour

      One hour all levels power yoga class. This class is for everybody! This workout is awesome and popular! (60 Minutes)

    • Power Sculpt

      Our Power Hour class with free weights (1-12lbs). This full body workout focuses on toning your muscles and burning calories. (60 minutes)

    No refunds, transfers or exchanges for unlimited yoga classes or yoga class packages. All yoga class packages expired three years after date of purchase
