    Routine Dilated eye exam for diabetic patients. Glasses & Contact Lens prescription included if needed.

  • Follow Up Eye Exam (30 min)

    Office visit to finish or follow up from a recent previous visit.

  • Medical Office Visit-Follow UP (30 min)

    Follow up appointment for a recent medical office visit.

  • Medical Office Visit-New Patient (1 hr)

    Includes Red eye, Dry eye, Eye allergies, Eye pain, or Sudden onset blurred vision. Anything not considered a routine vision problem.

  • Medical Office Visit-Previous Pt (1 hr)

    Includes Red eye, Dry Eye, Eye allergies, Eye pain, or Sudden onset blurred vision. Anything not considerd a routine vision problem.

  • New Patient Routine Eye Exam (1 hr)

    Routine eye exam to check eye health & vision. Dilation, glasses and or Contact Lens prescription included if needed.

  • Previous Patient RoutineEye Exam (1 hr)

    Routine eye exam for previous patients. Dilation, Glasses and or Contact Lens Prescription included when needed.
