  • Required-Physical Evaluation & Health Exam

    1 Hour 15 Minute Appointment. All new clients must receive a consultation that includes the following tests prior to entering into a training program: Body Mass Index, Stability, Flexibility, Physical Strength, Musculoskeletal Screening and Cardiovascular Endurance.
