  Living in today's world, it's good to know there's a fast, simple and effective whole body detoxification treatment that will help combat the daily bombardment we're under with environmental pollutants.

  • What are some of the causes and signs of a polluted body?

    The body stores tissue acid wastes, chemicals, yeast, bacteria, molds & fungus, and heavy metal residues. Excessive quantities of acid waste products such as diacetic, lactic, pyruvic, uric, carbonic, acetic, butyric, and hepatic acids can accumulate in our bodies. Acid wastes attack joints, tissues, muscles, organs and glands, causing minor to major dysfunction. When this happens, physical, emotional, and mental discomforts, illness and disease are the result! Pimples, rashes, dark circles under the eyes, headaches, swollen joints, yellow, green and blotched complexions, as well as colds, flues, ear infections, allergies, arthritis, and even more serious illnesses such as organ diseases and cancers, often indicate a buildup of toxic wastes and an acid pH inside the body. Because of our poor diets and high stress, we tend to accumulate and store excessive waste quantities in our bodies. While in the foot bath, your feet will be in direct contact with the ions being made by the water. It's generally believed the ions generated by the foot bath travel through the body and possibly attach themselves to many different toxic substances, thereby neutralizing their positive or negative charges. Neutralized particles are pulled out of your body through the feet via osmosis. Detoxification of the body is essential to maintain health and high energy as well as to avoid disease.

  • What are the benefits to the Ion Foot Bath?

  • What happens during an Ion Foot Bath Session?

    The Ion Foot Bath is a soothing and relaxing 30 minute session. You'll feel super pampered as your feet soak in a warm foot bath. During the session the water will begin to change colors and sometimes objects may appear. This is entirely normal. It's a result of the reaction between the toxins and the particles in the water, any salt added to the water, metals in the array, and the acidity or alkalinity of your body.

  • Who are good candidates for an Ion Foot Bath session and how often should one get a session for maximum benefit?

    Those who are between the ages of 10 - 65 can benefit from a detoxification cleanse treatment. Of course we will schedule your treatments to your convenience but it is recommended you follow a consistent schedule for the best and most effective benefits. 2 - 3 times per week for 4 weeks is ideal. For ages over 65 the recommended schedule is 2 times a week for 6 weeks. For savings on multiple sessions, see the package pricing below.

  • Who should not get an Ion Foot Bath session?

    Any person falling into one or more of the categories listed below should not use the Ion Foot Bath: Wearer of a pacemaker or any other battery operated or electrical implant. Those on heartbeat regulating medication. Organ transplant recipients.

• Recommendations

  Furthermore, the following recommendations should be strongly considered:

  • Many medications require that a blood level be maintained in order to be effective, for example, blood pressure medication.

    Try to schedule an Ion Foot Bath session just before the taking of a medication so that you will maintain proper blood levels of your medication.

  • Clients with low blood sugar should eat before receiving a session.

    The Ion Foot Bath tends to lower blood sugar in diabetics and may do so with those who are hypoglycemic.

  • If you are a breast-feeding mother, you should not have repeated Ion Foot Baths.

    It might pull toxins out of tissues and breast fat which could become part of the milk that is fed to a newborn infant. Note: Pregnant and lactating women have used the Ion Foot Bath without harm, but we recommend being on the safe side.
