    Collect signature from NWA Broker for Realty Referral.

  • Home Buyer Development 180-Day Check-In (1 hr)

    Mortgage Readiness appointment for Home Buyer Development (Counseling) Milestone.

  • Home Buyer Development 90-Day Check-In (30 min)

  • Home Buyer Development Counseling Initial Appointment (1 hr 30 min)

    Initial appointment for Home Buyer Development (Counseling) Milestone.

  • Initial Lending Appointment (1 hr)

    Initial appointment with a Loan Officer to understand where you are at in the process, develop a 'roadmap' to your homeownership goals, and answer any questions you may have.

  • Intake/Document Collection Appointment (15 min)

    In this appointment we will collect all required documents to ensure that we get you on the right path on your journey towards homeownership.

  • Online HBE Required 1-Hour Counseling Session

    This is a 1 hour, one on one session required of customers who complete the Home Buyer Education Course online. Customers cannot receive their certificate of completion for the HBE course until they attend this appointment.
