  • Neecee’s was established in 1996 with a commitment to making the world a more pleasant place by providing fashion that radiates beautiful colors

    reveals wonderful textures, and makes women feel truly special.

  • Our original store opened June 1st, 1996, half a block from our present location in downtown Billings, Montana.

    Back then, the store was what I like to call ‘cozy’. It was long and narrow with one large front window. The staff consisted of my Mom, my 3 year-old daughter Joy, and myself.

  • Joy is now 18 years old

    (I won’t mention my mom’s age), and our present corner location is spacious, comfortable, and brightly illuminated by five very large windows. Our staff has grown as well, and includes 10 extraordinary women. Every one of them loves fashion and is committed to helping women leave Neecee’s feeling better about themselves.
