An active, faster paced form of Hatha Yoga, this powerful vinyasa flow class combines asana and breath to encourage students to deepen their practice. Get ready for a powerful class designed to strengthen your body, mind and spirit.. The classroom is normal temperature. This class is NOT RECOMMENDED for students who have never practiced yoga before!

This class will be simple, playful and fun. We will play games and learn yoga poses. With active young children, there will a time to be boisterous and silly, but there will also be time to be calm and peaceful. Yoga can help build flexible and strong bodies, improve balance and coordination, promote self-esteem, develop concentration, nurture imagination and creativity. This class will teach ways to be healthy and deal with stress while having fun! Yoga builds happy and healthy kids!

Yoga props such as blankets, blocks, bolsters and straps are often used for safe practice, and to allow the body to fully achieve each position comfortably. Held at a slower pace Mind Body Breath Yoga focuses on stretching all areas of the body, while releasing stress and tension from joints and muscles. Emphasis is always on self-awareness, breath, and honoring the body!
Yoga for children ages 9-13. The pre-teen years are busy, active and often stressful. This class will help your children learn yoga poses safely as well as take some time to let go. Using asana and breath work, kids will learn how to get centered and steady, as well as how to relax from the daily pressures!

Slow Deep Stretch emphasizes the need to stretch our bodies regularly, either as a stand alone practice or as a compliment to a regular fitness routine. It is appropriate for all levels. The class will begin with centering, followed by breath work and a series of stretches and basic yoga poses aimed at releasing the tension and stress in the body. The focus is on body awareness and mindful movement!

Join Lisa Meranti for a weekly spring training yoga series. We will warm up, ground ourselves, strengthen and branch out our bodies, explore our breath, and prep our minds for a weekend of outdoor adventures.
