Indo-Row
Indo-Row® We are one of only a few studios in Washington to feature this class! The unique format of Indo-Row®captures all the elements of competitive, on-water rowing, creating a class that is fast-paced and engaging from the first minute. From "Skills and Drills" to "Waves and Recoveries," and the final build up to a friendly but competitive "Race," Indo-Row® quickly converts first-timers to devoted team members.
Kettle Bell & Box
Kettle Bell & Box fuses the Strength and Core work of Kettle Bell, with the fierce fun of Boxing. Swing and Squat your way through your lower body, spar with a partner for an intense upper body workout. Throw in some Burpees, Planks and Pushups for a High Insensity full body workout!
Yoga
Yoga is much more than a workout. It's about beginning and maintaining a relationship with yourself every time you come to your mat. Our classes have influences of Iyengar, Ashtanga and Baptiste styles of yoga, always with our instructor Leslie's flair of fun! She incorporate the importance of breath and alignment in class, however it's not about being perfect. It's yoga practice, not yoga perfect. Yoga is an ideal compliment to other forms of exercise, with the added opportunity of finding some stillness within yourself. See you on the mat!
TRX Super Circuit
TRX Super Circuit fuses a variety of skills and drills into a High Intensity Interval Workout (HIIT). We'll use TRX, Rowing, Cycling, and more for a cardio & strength workout that will rock your day!
Cycling
Cycling takes you on a virtual ride through intervals, hills, endurance and more. Set to music, the instructor guides you through a fun group cardio experience!
TRX Suspension
was created by Navy Seals for on the go, functional fitness. Your body weight provides all the resistance you need for an incredible cardio, core, strength and flexibility workout. Suspension classes are perfect for all abilites because you are in control of your own body resistance.
TRX RIP
Training is the latest innovation from TRX. RIP was designed by martial arts experts. In class we use a trainer bar attached to a resistance cord to work your body in 3-D, striking and rotaing all ranges and planes of motion.
TRX&ROW or RIP
combines the strength training of TRX, with cardio workout of Indo-Row. Transition between the two formats, for a fast paced, fun workout.
We are The First Studio in the Pacific Northwest to Offer Surset® Fitness Classes! Hit the virtual waves on a specially designed surboard! SURFSET® is all about getting away from the traditional static workout and challenging your body in new ways. Every exercise on the board is designed to engage your core & stabilizer muscles and shock the system to create real change inside & out.
Surfset 101
is our reccommended pre-requisite beginner course for our other classes. This 30 minute class will get you used to the board and how to move on it before you jump into a full class.
Surfset Balance
is a low impact class, focusing on balance and core, plus Surf and Stand Up Paddlboard based exercises.
Surfset Burn
is a big calorie burner with Heart Rate Interval Drills using the board. Plus balance, core and more!
Surfset Junior
is just for kids ages 8-14. Learn the and practice Surfset skills, then add games and special activites just for the kids!
Booty Barre
is an energetic, fun workout that fuses fitness techniques from Dance, Pilates, and Yoga that will tone, define and chisel the whole body. We use a ballet barre, hand weights, resistance bands and fitness balls for cardio, strength & stretching.
Booty Barre Sculpt
takes class to the next level with a one-of-a-kind resistance cuff workout! We use resistance with EVERY exercise... arms, legs, core and more!
