• Therapeutic Deep Tissue Massage

  After ten years of practice, Anna's bodywork is tailored to meet the needs of the individual client. No two sessions are exactly alike, but the focus is always both precise and generalized. We are working on releasing adhesions in the tissue to enhance biomechanical functionality of the whole.

  • FIRST SESSION

    Plan on arriving ten minutes early, so you can complete the health history form before your session. Anna will discuss your needs and medical history, focusing on musculoskeletal injuries and any other meaningful past traumas or chronic conditions. We'll discuss your daily habits, work circumstances, repetitive activities, sports and fitness and review your goals for the session and teach you the Core 5-Point Check-In. You'll be asked to undress down to your undies, and lie under a sheet, typically on your back but maybe not depending on the interview. Then we'll work on your body, incorporating a variety of methods including stretches, passive movement, and deep tissue massage.
