    For Clients looking for a specific pain to be treated, but not looking for a relaxation massage as well. This will be a single focused treatment limited to the area of the body causing a specified pain. Great for quick relief. New clients must arrive 15 minutes early for intake forms

    New clients must arrive 15 minutes early for intake forms. This is not advised for people who have blood pressure concerns, hyper or poor sensitivity to heat, or that are pregnant.

  • Ninety Minute Prenatal Massage

    There is no need for any precautions during a healthy, normal pregnancy. An hour and a half massage for enhanced relaxation and tension relief. This is a better option in the first two trimesters, may be too long if you are in the third trimester and having difficulties finding a comfortable position."High-risk" pregnancies should first get a doctor's release. New clients must arrive 15 minutes early for intake forms.

    With a full two hours of massage, there is plenty of time to work on many specific areas of pain/discomfort and still get a good relaxation experience.All massages are specifically planned to address a clients individual goals.
