    Encouraged in advance ensuring your preferred treatment time. Walk-ins are always welcome, based on availability. Reservations must be secured with a major credit card and telephone number.

  • Cancellation Policy

    In the case that you need to cancel a reservation, we require 24 hour notice for individual services and packages and a 48 hour notice for groups. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours may be billed 50%. No Shows and no calls will be billed 100% of the appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment. Appointments reserved within 24 hours of the appointment are considered confirmed and cannot be cancelled without possible penalties

    Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals will end at the regularly scheduled time without rate adjustment. All guests please check-in at the front reception desk
