  • Tuesday Flow with Melanie Smith (6:30pm - 7:30pm)

    An invigorating mixed level flow to get you through the start of the week. Matching movement to breath as we move through a variety of seated and standing poses, we will build heat within the body to strengthen muscles and increase flexibility. Melanie will work with you to ensure you are moving in and out of poses in proper alignment as well finding a restorative and meditative state of mind. Good for any body. All levels welcome.
