Utilizing a system of resistance bearing springs and bars, this class combines the challenge of Pilates mat work with the assistance of the Pilates apparatus, Tower. The Tower assists in alignment, stabilization, and support of the body. Suitable for all levels, this class is a fun and sometimes gravity-defying way to lengthen, strengthen, and tone your body while improving balance. Open level. 3 spaces available.

Pilates Mat
Perfect for those who want fine-tune the fundamental mat exercises. This class is a challenging way to learn the technique and precision of the method. Focus will be placed on the ABCs of Pilates: technique, precision, order and the name of Joe Pilates' exercises. Props such as the magic circle, weighted bars, hand weights and resistance bands may be used to challenge you. Open Level.
Vbarre
We are thrilled to be partnering with Vbarre, a high quality, form focused, and results driven barre class. Classical ballet, resistance training and Pilates combine with the barre, band, ball and glide board in this dynamic class. Vbarre increases metabolism, burns fat, and lengthens tight muscles. Trim, Tone and Transform. Students must be free of injuries. Open Level.
Aerial Arts Level I: Conditioning + Intro to Locks
In this class, you will learn beginner/Level I climbs, locks and releases. We begin with joint conditioning for a complete range of motion that is matched with strength to support connective tissue through weight-bearing and stability challenges. You'll also develop keen preconception for the mind-body as you stretch, strengthen and dance in the gentle sway of the silk hammock. With the assist of fluid core power, you'll begin to witness the progression of outwardly effortless flight from the vantage point of an aerial athlete.

Aerial Arts: Pilates Fusion Flow
Blending flight, mat and apparatus, this class takes influence from the traditional mind-body arts and lifts them off the ground and into our aerial hammocks. As a complete body workout and stretch practice, with movement and postures linking in fluidity, you'll discover an elongated spine and limbs, toned and lithe muscles, a toxin-free internal environment as a result of the spiral movements that mirror the make-up of your DNA, the lymphatic drainage provided as the silks slide along your body's surface and the reflexology that stems and innervates the root of your peripheral nervous system and communicates with your body's natural intellect. Warning :: you may enjoy the benefits of a well-hydrated, strong, flexible and pain-free body with the added shot of joy from defying gravity and flipping your physical perspective.
Aerial Hammock Beginning Basics
Open class for all levels. For those looking to explore the art of flight, this open level class guides you through the basic entry points for suspension and stance. You will make your introduction to aerial hammock at 3 feet off the ground and with simple conditioning and vocabulary foundation essentials, you'll be ready for flight with safety and confidence.
REFORMER 101
8 week series; 1 class a week. What to Expect: Hands on intro to the reformer; Learn set up for exercise including springs, straps, long box; Technique; 50 Min Reformer workout; After class Q&A. No prerequisite. Limit 6 per class.
