    This 55 minute visit allows us to focus on your fullest expression of health and personal growth. Each visit will allow us to explore the goals that feel most important to you. Focused and in-depth gentle chiropractic adjusting will be a part of this visit. We may also cover relevant strategies for lifestyle optimization (from food & supplements to exercise, stretching, strengthening, meditation, calming rituals, energy cultivation & transformation). Of course, professional referrals to complementary specialists (if the need/desire arises) are available.
