Indoor cycling classes are low-impact yet high-intensity workout sessions, during which participants break a sweat on hi-tech exercise bikes under the guidance of trained instructors. The classes aim to help clients increase the body’s endurance and build overall strength. View the class schedule
Reservation required. Valid only at listed locations. For the three and five class options, once the first class is used, the rest must be used within 30 days. For the ten classes option, once the first class is used, the rest must be used within 60 days. "Restrictions Apply" options are limited to 1 per person only.
