  • Sous Vide Fully Cooked Chicken Breast

    I am so excited to offer you a quick and healthy alternative to add to your own home creations! Slice this tender and juicy breast and add it to cold salads, warm it slightly and add your own sauce and sides or use it on a delicious sandwich or wrap. These 6 ounce portions are cooked in an air-tight food grade bag that is submerged in a low temperature controlled water bath. The "sous vide" process pasteurizes the chicken, locks in the juices and retains more nutrients than traditional cooking. You can safely keep your chicken in the refrigerator for WEEKS (check your package for expiration date).
