All classes are done with bare feet.
Gentle
Stretch and strengthen the body with this slower-paced, more supported approach to learning yoga. Must be able to get up and down from the floor. 75 minutes.
Level 1
Active class for beginning and intermediate yoga students. Some shoulder stand work for those who are ready. 75 minutes.
Level 2
For intermediate yoga students with experience in Iyengar Yoga. Headstand and shoulder stand for those who are ready. 90 minutes.
Level 3
Basic, intermediate, advanced poses as taught in the Iyengar Yoga system. Able to hold headstand and shoulder stand with ease (wall support okay). 90 minutes.

You may mail in your registration and check. Print out a registration form; You may register at the studio and pay by cash, check, or credit card; You may pay through PayPal; If registering for more than one class/week, subtract $15 from total fees; Does not apply to interim sessions and special classes.

Etiquette
Come to class at least 10 minute early. Be prepared to start on time; Please no perfumes! Many students are very sensitive to strong scents; Turn off cell phones.
Attire
Wear comfortable, non-constricting clothing, but nothing really baggy, as this obscures alignment. Avoid bulky jewelry. Have clean bare feet.
Food
Yoga is best practiced on an empty stomach. Wait a few hours after a heavy meal, or an hour after a light meal before practicing yoga.
Water
Drink plenty of water before and after class; Most people will not need extra water during classes. Drinking water during practice actually cools down the "fiery energy" we need to work well in the poses; For safety issues, please leave water bottles in the entry room or the back room.
Registration
Registration is on a first come, first served basis. You are considered registered when you have paid; You may register at anytime during the session for classes that have space; Drop-ins are welcome most classes! If you are new to Harmony Yoga, please contact me before your first drop-in class.)
Make up Classes
You may make up classes any time during the session that you are registered for. Make ups don't carry over to another session except in the case of extended illness or injury.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
No refunds after the second full week of class. Credits toward another session can be given in case of extended illness or injury.

Developing Your Own Home Yoga Practice
Saturday, January 31, 1:30 - 4:00 PM. Practicing yoga on your own empowers you and gives you freedom to explore the poses in a way that can't be done during class. Learn practical ways to set up and develop your own home practice. Includes handouts, discussion, some practice.

Saturday, February 28, 2:00 - 4:00 PM. Our yoga chairs can be used in many ways to help us more fully understand yoga poses whether we're beginners or more advanced students. We'll explore some fun and creative ways of using the chairs to practice different kinds of yoga poses.
