  Arm Balances & Inversions Workshop An inversion is any moment the head sits below the heart. The meditative act sends fresh blood and divine energy into the brain to heal and regulate our endocrine, circulatory, and digestive systems. This 2-hour workshop will explore breakdowns and the biomechanics involved in practicing postures anywhere from downward facing dog to handstand. Breakdowns will include preparatory movements, alignment technique, and safety in propping. Expect a 45-minute strengthening warm-up flow with a breakdown of over 10 inversions and arm balances: crow pose, wheel, headstand, and more!
