4 Intro to Pole Dancing or Intro to Aerial Classes - NEW CLIENTS 4 Intro to Pole or Intro to Aerial Classes What's included: 4 Intro to pole or 4 Intro to Aerial (lyra or hammock). Mixing it up is okay! Take a couple of each class to find favorite! All classes are 60 minutes long. Classes are small and allow for more attention to students. Classes are lead by qualified instructors, that provide a good warm up, conditioning exercises and break down each step to help achieve the pole or aerial goals. Each student will have their own pole or aerial apparatus in class, so need to share. This means they have a full hour on the pole or aerial apparatus. Flō Space studio policies apply to each student, these include: NO TARDINESS - if more than 5 minutes late the customer will not be able to participate in class and ill result in a lost class. LATE CANCELS - May cancel a spot in class up to 12 hours ahead. Cancelations within the 12 hour window will result in a lost class. EXPIRATIONS - once redeemed with the studio the class must me used within 45 days. Any unused classes will result in lost class(es).
