    Pistolettes are a football shaped brown and serve bread rolls also known as French rolls

    A croissant is a buttery flaky viennoiserie pastry named for its well known crescent shape. Croissants and other viennoiserie are made of a layered yeast-leavened dough

  • Marble Rye

    Rye bread contains a large amount of fiber and a small amount of fat. Rye bread has a low glycemic index, which means it does not cause a spike in blood sugar as white bread and other breads do. In addition, whole-grain rye flour has more soluble fiber than whole-grain wheat flour making whole-grain rye more effective for controlling the cholestrol level in the blood

  • Sourdough

    Sourdough is a bread product made by a long fermentation of dough using naturally occurring lactobacilli and yeasts. In comparison with breads made quickly with cultivated yeast, it usually has a mildly sour taste because of the lactic acid produced by the lactobacilli

  • Multi- Grain

    Multi-grain bread is bread made with multiple types of grains. It is less soft compared to white bread but the use of different grains adds more texture and flavor to the bread. The balanced proportion of the different grains used in the bread gives it the desirable taste and texture. Multi grain bread has lower glycemic index than white bread, has more fiber, and is a good source of carbohydrates
