Classes

• Pole Dance Classes

  • Beginner through Advanced Pole Dance

    Pole Dance Classes are 1 hour long and each class teaches spins, transitions, and pole tricks at the chosen level. The classes are not consecutive and the spins, transitions and tricks taught during a given class will be pre- determined and different each class depending on the schedule. The classes are not choreography based but we will teach you how to put the spins, transitions and poses together so that you move fluently, and look super sexy! There is no limit to how many times per week you can come to class so you can use your classes as you see fit! *Must have instructor approval to move up levels in Pole Dance classes.

  • Booty Beat

    I don't think you're ready for this jelly! You heard Beyonce say it and you've seen all of her bootylicious dances! Get ready to learn how to shake your booty in this spicy class. This class will be tons of fun with giggles and wiggles all the way through! Learn booty techniques like never before in a hot dance routine. We don't mind if you share your new skills with your special someone for practice! Heels are suggested for this class but not required.

  • Chair and Lap Dance 101

    You will never look at the kitchen chair the same after taking this sexy class! Learn all of the naughty techniques needed to give a spicy chair or lap dance! Take this class for fun or feel free to take everything you learn and practice on that special someone. Heels are suggested for this class but not required.

  • Pole Performer

    This class is great for all levels, shapes and sizes of sexy! Engage in a sizzling warm up then learn an extra naughty pole dance with sexy walks, sensual rolls, tantalizing transitions and fiery floor work! No pole spins are included but you WILL look like a professional Pole Performer at the end of each class!

  • Video Vixen Dance

    Get ready to learn some HOT moves from your favorite videos and embrace your inner sex kitten! This class is great for the non experienced or experienced dancer. Prepare to work up a sexy sweat and feel free to take everything you learn and show your special someone if you dare!

    You may be fit but are you pole fit? This class will take you through an amazing warmup and a series of exercises needed for building pole strength, increasing flexibility and endurance as well as stretching, strengthening and toning exercises. Are you ready to go head to head with your pole? Well get fit the pole fit way!

  • Sexy Flexy

    Relax and refresh your body with this 45 minute full body stretching class! We set the perfect mood with sexy music and dim lights to help you relax your mind and unwind. This class is highly recommended for all of our ladies who take pole dancing classes particularly at the intermediate and advanced level! Class is also great for the naughty lady who wants to be long and limber!

• Frequently Asked Questions

  • What days/times are available for parties?

    Parties can be booked 7 days per week after regulary scheduled classes! Parties are most often booked on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays

  • How many poles does your studio have?

    Our Studio has 6 spoles some of which are powder coated and/or chrome. For large groups, we do a sexy rotation that keeps each lady participating throughout your party to enjoy the naughty fun!

  • How soon should I book my party?

    Parties MUST be booked with deposit at least 1 week prior to desired date

  • What should my friends and I wear to the party?

    Attire for pole dance parties should include shorts, tank or tee shirt and sexy heels are suggested but not required. Attire for lap dance parties should include comfortable clothing. sexy heels are suggested but not required

  • What time should I tell my guest to arrive for my party?

    Due to the number of parties that we book, please plan to arrive no more than 5-7 minutes prior to the start of your party

  • How Soon Does the Balance for My Party need to be paid?

    Final Balances for parties are due in full at least 24 hours prior to party or party WILL be canceled NO exceptions

  • I'm not sure how many ladies plan to attend my party? Do I get a refund if ladies don't show?

    We do NOT offer refunds of ANY kind. With this in mind, please have an accurate count of ladies when you make your final payment

  • What happens if I need to reshedule or cancel my party reservation?

    Failure to cancel or reschedule your party at least 24 hours prior to your party date will require a second deposit of $60 to reschedule for another date, or a $45 fee to reschedule at a later time slot on your party date
