Pilates Introductory Package
This is a great package for people who have never done Pilates and want to try Pilates. First you take your private session, so you can learn the basic principles of Pilates – how to breathe, move and engage you muscles. We also introduce you to some reformer and mat exercises. That way you can get the most out of the classes. Next you take a mat class and a reformer class. This will help you find out what you like. Please call the studio for more details and questions. Group Mat Class
We offer Mat Classes open to all levels. Since there are no machines involved, you will look to your own body to create resistance. This is great way to connect with and strengthen your core muscles. Class size is limited to no more than 15 people. Since the mat class is a group class, the instructor cannot focus their attention on just one person. This class is not recommended for people with major injuries.

Group Reformer Class
We offer Reformer Classes which consist of at least 2 people, but are limited to 4 people for safety reasons. This is one of the friendliest pieces of equipment to get introduced to Pilates. The reformer will work the entire body without putting stress on the joints.

Wunda Chair Class
The Wunda chair is an excellent strength work out due to the resistance to movement, a great way to develop upper body and core strength. Because Wunda chair work is challenging, this class is for people who have had 6 months to one year of Pilates mat and/or reformer experience. (Must have teacher approval to enter this class.) This class which consist of at least 2 people, but are limited to 3 people.

Pilates for Pregnancy Class
Classes are limited to 4 people for safety reasons. Designed to give a good safe work out and address the needs while pregnant. For women who are presently taking pilates can enter this class immediatly. If you are not currently taking pilates, this class will require a written note from your doctor then you can enter the class at your 13th week of pregnancy. Any questions, Please call the studio. Due to the limited number of people per class, it is necessary to call and sign up prior to attending any group classes, semi-private and Private sessions.

Private Pilates Session
A one–on-one session; one client with one instructor. You will utilize any of the Pilates apparatus and/or mat work. Private sessions are tailored to the clients specific needs. This session is highly recommended for first time clients and people who like to have 100% of an instructor's attention. This ia a great way to familiarize yourself with the terminology and movements of Pilates. Privates sessions must be scheduled ahead of time and paid for in advanced.

Duet/Semi-Private Session
A session with two people and one instructor. You must book this appointment with someone else. We do not pair people together. You will utilize any of the Pilates apparatus and/or mat work. The Pilates method is a comprehensive exercise system performed on the mat and on equipment developed by Joseph Pilates. The benefits of Pilates training are:

The Pilates method is suitable for all ages an all body types.
Physically you can expect a total change in your body and your energy level will dramatically improve as well. After 10 sessions you will feel different. After 20 sessions you will look different. After 30 sessions you will have a new body.
Two to three pilates sessions a week is a good balance and will help get results.
You can incorporate any of the Pilates sessions into that number. You will be pleasantly suprised at how well you begin to feel and look after only a few weeks. Remember that consistency is the key to change.
It is recommended that your first Pilates session is a private session, but not necessary.
This will introduce you to the Pilates apparatus; we will be able to assess and evaluate your body's strengths and weaknesses and find outwhat your goals are. Once you have completed one private session you will be more comfortable with the language and philosophy of Pilates.
Pilates is a completely different type of exercise system.
At times you might be asked to work slowly in order for you to feel the movement. Getting in touch and feeling the muscles you're exercising is very important. If you put the time into your workouts we promise you results.
