Pick Up and Delivery
- Pick Up is available Monday - Saturday from 7am to 4pm at our cafe
  
  Salt & Light, 159 Main St, Groton MA. Off-hour pick ups may incur additional charges.
- Delivery is available Monday - Saturday from 7am to 4pm.
  
  Delivery charges start at $15 for a 30 min delivery window and include full set up of your catering.
- Disposable tableware and serving utensils are complimentary upon request.
  
  Disposable chafing racks are available for $10 each.

Cancelations
- Cancelations must be received and confirmed 1 full business day prior for weekday caterings and 2 weeks for large weekday, off-hour or Saturday events.
- Orders canceled after the deadline may be subject to full payment for the scheduled order.
- If your order needs to be postponed, please contact us for available dates as soon as possible.
  
  Rescheduling may be subject to rescheduling fees.
Weather
- When severe weather is forecast, we will be in touch with all of our customers to discuss their intent to stay open or close and provide a deadline by which orders can be canceled without a cancelatio
- It will remain the customer's responsibility to notify Coleman Catering of any cancellations.
  
  Customers who choose to cancel after the provided deadline, will be charged for of their order.
- It is Coleman Catering's policy to stay open during inclement weather, unless a state of emergency has been given.
  
  At this point, Coleman Catering has the right to close until it is safe for our staff to return to our facility. In this event, all orders will be cancelled with no charge to our customers.
Pricing
- We reserve the right to change prices on menu items based on market prices and availability.
  
  These changes may not be reflected on our menus or website. We will make every effort to communicate these changes when an order is placed.
