    Surronded by some of the finest artwork in the Northwest, your event at the Cole Gallery is sure to be talked about.  At 1,600 square feet, this warm, elegant and artful space is the perfect venue for live music, an intimate cocktail party, or a small reception. Rental Includes Private use of the entire Cole Gallery, in addition to folding tables and chairs.Fully Refundable Damage Deposit The damage deposit is fully refundable as long as the gallery is left in great condition. Please make sure to read our terms and conditions above.Food & Drinks Clients have the option of having their event professionally catered or non-professionally catered. If the client choses to have a professionally catered event, the back room prep area is available for caterers starting at 600pm and Sundays at 500pmAdditional time If the client wishes to rent until 11pm, an additional fee of $100 will be charged on the day of the event.Cancellations and Fees  For cancellations occurring up to 10 days prior to event, an 80% refund of rental fee and 100% of damage deposit will be provided by Cole Gallery.  For cancellations occurring 9 days or less prior to event, 50% of rental fee and 100% of damage deposit refund will be given in the form of a check to the client. Cole Gallery is equipped with a back room complete with a catering prep area, bathroom with utility sized sink, refrigerator, microwave, and backdoor ally entrance. In addition, we provide folding tables in various sizes as well as 20 folding chairs. If your party requires more furniture they may rent and arrange for delivery and pick up with the Cole Gallery staff. We also offer catering options – please contact us after your rental to let us know if you will be catering this event. Please Note As a display gallery, we ask guests take full caution around the artwork. For this reason guests are limited to adults and young adults only, unless otherwise discussed prior to booking.
