  Duration: 1 hour; $10; Chicago Distilling Company was founded in 2010 when the DiPrizio family turned a family pastime of making moonshine and wine in the Northwoods of Wisconsin into what promises to be a multi-generational business. Production of their first batch of spirits began in the Fall of 2013 in the Logan Square Neighborhood of Chicago. Explore the grounds and learn about the art of the distillation with a start'to'finish tour of the Chicago Distilling Company's production floor. If you've ever wondered about the many processes that go into converting grain to delicious alcohol, this is your chance for an inside look. Enjoy a sampling of Chicago Distillery's fabulous spirits, made with local ingredients, most of the grain is farmed less than 50 miles away! You'll also be able to relax in the the Distillery's cozy tasting room. A perfect way to lift your spirits!
