• Intro to Twist & Tumble (1 hr)

  Intro to Twist & Tumble This is a person to person based gymnastics session using trainer spotting and stations to help form the foundation of basic tumbling skills. In this session guests will learn the fundamentals needed to achieve beginners tumbling moves in a safe and structured environment. Guests will be learning: rolls, floor tumbles, hand balancing, cart wheels, back bends, coordination , flexibility and balancing skills.
