  • CoffeeShop Dog™ Semi-Private Group Lessons

    We offer a semi-private lesson for two or three dogs in a group setting - upon request. Group lessons for adolescent and adult dogs are set up for owners who are cost-consious, and who understand the benefit of learning from others in a group setting. Even if your dog is a little bit behind, it's never too late to build the good behaviors you want. For beginners, knowledgeable dog owners and advanced handlers.     Socialization and early training is very important for little puppies. We work on building a firm foundation for all the good manners you want your puppies to learn. Puppies get lots of socialization, an introduction to the basic commands, and guided play for a day full of exercise, and training fun!

  • "Jump Start" Training

    Most dog "problems" are perfectly normal dog behaviors ... they're just not good pet behaviors. 3-Days of In-Camp training can resolve many issues and get your dog started in a new direction. You'll get a 30-minute private lessons when you pick up your dog and we'll show you how to continue making progress in the days and weeks to come. (your dog stays at Camp)

  • Problem Solving & Behavior Modification

    We're experts in evaluating serious behavioral issues like biting, food aggression, and other behaviors that can lead to potentially dangerous situations. We'll work with your dog and make a recommendation about how to best resolve the problems that are cause for concern. (Usually ranges from 2 to 5 days to assess and evaluation your dog's needs).

    This is our taining boot-camp. Dogs live with the trainers at the Camp Canine Training Ceneter and get comprehensive training on all the skills they need to be a wonderful canine companion. (some behaviors require multiple weeks - call for quote).

• Rehabilitation

  The more serious behavioral issues required rehabiltiation, usually in adolescent and adult dogs. We have even worked with puppies who needed early rehabilitation, to prevent aggression from becoming an even more serious problem as they grow up.

    CoffeeShop Dog Group Class, for dogs of all ages. Even if your dog has developed some bad habits, We'll show you how to get your dog back on the right paw! Many owners take their new puppies to puppy class when they are little, and still end up with adolescent or adult behavioral issues. How come that early training didn't "stick"?!! The answer is simple training that doesn't build a foundation for good manners won't last. We have a unique approach to training where every interaction you have with your dog can be part of an effective, daily training program that can help your dog become a true CoffeeShop Dog!

  • PuppyMagic Classes

    We help Puppies Grow Up Great! Helping puppies grow up GREAT is what we are all about. We tailor our unique CoffeeShop Dog training program to the special needs of very young puppies (9 to 18 weeks). We'll teach you the secret of how dogs learn and show you how to teach good manners everytime you pick your puppy up. PuppyMagic will help you get your new puppy started off on the right paw from the moment you bring your new puppy home!

  • Puppy Day School

    Puppy Day School is our exclusive training program for puppies 8 to 22 weeks of age. Puppies spend the day from 8 AM to 4 PM under the watchful eye of our professional trainers who guide their healthy play and begin to teach the basics of good manners. Your puppy will learn to be confident and well socialized with dogs of all ages. They being to gain skill with commands including come, leave it & get it, get off, and stay all part of a firm foundation of good behavior. Don't let your puppy miss out. Early learning lasts a lifetime!

  • Doggie Day School

    When You Need a Little Extra Help. Do you have a busy schedule AND a dog you love? Doggie Day School is an easy way to get the training and the behavior modification help you need. Dogs arrive for Doggie Day School at about 9 AM and are picked up at about 4 PM. (Times are flexible.) Your dog will spend time one-on-one time with a professional trainer, socialize with other dogs, and learn to rest calmly between activities. If a lack of exercise is contributing to behavioral problems, we can add Fitness Camp aquatics or treadmill aerobics. A day of Doggie Day School is filled with training, problem solving, exercise and fun!

  • Private Lessons

    Personal One-on-One Lessons. Personal one-on-one training is available in the comfort of your home or at Camp Canine. You'll get private, detailed instruction that specifically addresses your basic-training or behavioral modification needs. This is a great way to kick-start a training program for you and your dog. Many owners start with one-on-one lessons and combine them with Doggie Day School, or a group class where their favorite canine pal can learn to be more comfortable around other dogs.

  • Problem Solving

    In-Camp Training for Solving Problems. When dogs don't get the early training they need they're left with what Mother Nature bestowed on them, their normal instincts and impulsive behaviors. These work well when dogs are living in the wild, but just don't work in the human world. If you have a problem despite your best efforts, we can help. Camp Canine has been solving canine behavior problems for over 30 years. We'll do an assessment of your dog and put together a training program combines In-Camp training, private lessons and Doggie Day School. A boot-camp program may be what's needed to help get your dog on the right path to having the good manners you hope for.

  • River Ridge Ranch Summer Camp

    Camp Canine's Summer Camp at River Ridge Ranch is a wonderful training opportunity for dogs. Every dog has a big experience of freedom, perhaps for the first time ever. They gain a whole new level of confidence and learn to be responsible in a large social setting. Something happens to dogs who get to hang around the camp fire, swim in the river every day and get to the be the center of attention for weeks. Make sure it happens to your dog! We are taking reservations for next year's program which will include owner participation imagine yourself swimming in the Upmqua River with your dog!

  • Overnight Lodging

    Of course it's hard to leave your dog behind, even if it's just for one night. You want to make sure your dog will get the kind of care your would give if you were here. Lodging guests at Camp Canine stay with dogs their own size. The little dogs in Camp Run-a-Muck and the big dogs in the Lodge all sleep on comfortable cots with lambies and blankets. Cozy cabin bedding is changed and freshened every day if needed. If your dog prefers sleeping with a friend after a long day of play, friends are tucked away together to make Camping even more fun. Camp Canine staff or owners are on site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

  • Doggy Day Camp

    A day at Doggie Day Camp is filled with energetic play supervised by a trained Camp Counselor. Now your dog can play all day, stay fit and exercised, and become even more socialized around other dogs. If you're at work for the day or running errands, your canine friend doesn't have to sit at home alone waiting for your return.

  • The Spa

    Quality cuts and gentle treatments are given to each individual guest using only the finest all-natural products. Our relaxing warm water HydroSurge bath is just heavenly. Ears are cleaned, nails clipped and coats are brushed and fluffed with gentle warm air. The Spa adds to the fun and comfort of any short or long-term stay. Scheduling Spa services at check-in is recommended.
