The Bridge to Fitness Runners Club currently meets twice a week.
Monday's hill running tackles various hills in the Middletown/Newport areas. Workouts include endurance, speed, leg strength sets needed to power you through all running terrains. Locations can be found by joining the Bridge to Fitness Runners Group on Facebook. Wednesday's track running meets at the Gaudet Track. Varied workouts will ensure you never know what to expect. Sets will include high intensity interval training that increase VO2 Max and leg turnover which are essential for increasing running fitness and speed. Workouts tailored to individual running needs.
