Parent/Toddler Tumbling

• Parent/Toddler Tumbling

  Age: 18 months - 3 years. Time: 50 Minutes. Price: Each class is $19. There are no contracts or annual fees.

  • The Parent/Toddler class is a program designed to introduce children to gymnastics.

    With a parent by their side to guide them, students will learn basic body positions and introductory skills on four Olympic events as well as activities to improve their hand-eye coordination, strength, flexibility, gross and fine motor skills.

  • All of our classes have been designed around USA Gymnastics Recreational levels 1-6.

    The Parent/Toddler class will be focused on building skills to allow our students to move towards our level 1 classes. Our staff is trained and experienced professionals that understand the importance of safety and supporting your child as they grow.

  • Billing Process

    All classes will be billed on the first of the month. Participants will be charged for the number of classes that they have in that particular month.

  • All classes auto renew into the next month.

    If a participant needs to drop a class, they must write an email to [email protected] two weeks before the first of the month. There are no refunds after billing has been processed.

Pre-School Gymnastics

• Pre-School Gymnastics

  Classes by Age: Pre-school Gymnastics - Age 3, Pre-school Gymnastics - Ages 4 and 5. Time: 50 minutes. Price: Each class is $19. There are no contracts or annual fees.

  • The main focus of Pre-School Gymnastics is to continue to develop coordination, balance, body awareness, confidence, gross and fine motor skills.

    Students will be introduced to basic gymnastic skills including, but not limited to rolls, swings, and jumps. This program will allow your child to create a goal and gain the skills every class to accomplish it.

  • All of our classes have been designed around USA Gymnastics Recreational levels 1-6.

    Our staff is trained and experienced professionals that understand the importance of safety and supporting your child as they achieve their goals.

Parkour

• Parkour

  Classes: Level 1, Level 2, Level 3. Time: 55 Minutes. Price: Each class is $19. There are no contracts or annual fees.

  • Parkour is an obstacle course focused class that develops strength, motor skills, balance, agility, and confidence all while having Fun!

    This is a high energy course that is designed to challenge students to tap into their inner Ninja!

  • As student skills progress, they move through the 3 Parkour levels.

    Our staff is trained and experienced professionals that understand the importance of safety and supporting your child as they move through each level.

Home School P.E.

• Home School P.E.

  Age: 5 and older. Time: 90 Minutes. There are no contracts or annual fees.

  • Home School P.E. will educate students on the importance of nutrition and physical activity in their daily life.

    We believe in introducing students to a variety of activities to help them find something they love to do. We want to develop a passion that inspires our students to become lifelong movers.

  • This class will be filled with fun games and activities that develop each student's fitness level.

    Students will increase their cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, and improve their strength. The curriculum is standard based focusing on the National Physical Education Standards. Our staff is trained and experienced professionals that will help your child safely reach their true potential while setting goals along the way.

Students will follow a progression chart that will track their accomplishments. Our staff is trained and experienced professionals that will help your child safely move through developmentally appropriate skills to reach their true potential.
