• What's a "Take-n-Bake"?

  It's a Blue Moon Pizza fresh from your oven. Take-n-Bake are available in any specialty pizza or create your own. Gluten-Free options are also available.

    Made fresh when you order it, and with the same love you'll find in our restaurant. Fresh for 3 days in your refrigerator. Make some room!

    Order it in any specialty pizza or create your own. Baked in your oven. Served hot, crisp and delicious. Exactly when you want it, and exactly how you expect it.

    Your uncooked pizza comes wrapped tight and complete with baking instructions, fresh condiments, and on its own baking tray.

  • Timing is everything.

    When you want to serve up hot, fresh Blue Moon Pizza – these are perfect for a small social gathering or your special party and event.

• Take and Bake Pizza Cooking Instructions

  Serve a Blue Moon Pizza – hot and fresh from your own oven when you want it. Good for 3 days in your refrigerator (does this need to be said again?). Freezing is not recommended.

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

  • Remove from wrapper.

    Place pizza and provided baking tray on center rack of oven.

  • Check pizza after 10 minutes.

    If large bubbles appear, puncture with fork.

  • Average baking time is 12- 18 minutes.

    Pizza is done when crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.

  • For crispier pizza

    After 10 minutes, using oven mitt, pull out oven rack and gently slide the baking tray out from under the pizza so that pizza is directly on the oven rack. Continue baking until golden brown.
