Pedal on a traffic-free bike path along the Hudson River with fellow cyclists past famous landmarks and all the way over the Brooklyn Bridge -- the largest suspension bridge in the world when it was built! This fun and flexible tour is what you make of it. For a quick trip, you can ride out to the middle, snap some photos, and come back. Or take a longer route and loop between the Brooklyn Bridge and the Manhattan Bridge! From your vantage points, you'll see Hudson River Park, Battery Park, Wall Street, the Statue of Liberty, examples of Manhattan's oldest and newest architecture, and all of Lower Manhattan. See the iconic Manhattan skyline from Brooklyn as you ride south to the Brooklyn Bridge with several stops along the way. Once over the Brooklyn Bridge you'll head to the Hudson River to see the Statue of Liberty and the New York harbor.

Bike and Boat Guided Tour

Excludes: Gratuity; Departure Time(s): 09:30am - Check-in at 09:15am; Departure Location: Bike and Roll NYC Battery Park; Description: Sometimes we forget that Manhattan is an island and that the best way to see it is from both on-shore and off-shore. Take a guided tour via a bike and then a boat to really experience New York City. You'll start at Bike and Roll's Battery Park location and ride along the traffic-free bike path along the Hudson. You'll cross to the other side of Manhattan on city streets and pass City Hall before getting on and going over the Brooklyn Bridge. Some of the city's most beautiful neighbor- hoods are in Brooklyn and some of the best views of Manhattan are from the Brooklyn Heights Promenade. You'll see it all. At the bottom of Old Fulton Street, you'll board a NY Water Taxi where your tour continues with amazing close-up views (great for photos) of the South Street Seaport, Brooklyn Bridge, the Statue of Liberty, and Ellis Island with drop-of in midtown. Back on your bike, the final stretch of the ride takes you south along the Hudson River past Gehry's IAC building, the High Line, the Meatpacking District, yachts, marinas, and so much more, until you return to your starting point at Battery Park. (This tour is not recommended for children under 12 unless they are very strong and confident cyclists.)

9/11 Memorial Tour / Tickets Included

Excludes: Gratuity; Departure Time(s): 01:30pm - Check-in at 01:15pm; Departure Location: Bike and Roll NYC Pier 84, Hudson River Park; Description: New York's memorial to a day that changed our history is the focus of this guided tour. Start at Bike and Roll's Pier 84 location and ride south along the Hudson river. As you pass such areas of interest as Chelsea, the Meatpacking District, and Battery Park City, you'll see many of New York's icons: The Empire State Building, the Statue of Liberty, and Ellis Island among them. At Battery Park you'll leave your bikes and walk with your guide to the 9/11 Memorial. Your ticket is included with your tour. There you'll have approximately half an hour to look at the flowing pools surrounded by the thousands of names of those lost that day. Afterwards you'll walk back to Battery Park for a guided bike tour through Lower Manhattan before biking back to Pier 84, your starting point.

While Paris may be known as The City of Light, New York should vie for the title. Ride around Central Park for a look at some of its most famous sights, especially beautiful when they are illuminated at night. See the iconic Belvedere Castle, Bethesda Fountain, Guggenheim Museum, Onassis Reservoir, and so much more! All bikes are equipped with front and rear lights, reflective safety vests are included.
