Vinyasa Level 2
Take it up a notch in your Vinyasa practice. If you feel confident in your Level 1 Vinyasa classes, then Level 2 is the next step for you. Challenging with an introduction or continuing to build on your inversion, arm balance, back bend, and deeper hip open practice. If you can do a great chaturanga, and know the names of your asanas, you may be ready for this class!

Get your body, breath and mind in sync with this energetic, yet mindful practice. This is a challenging class with lots of movement and strengthening of mind and body! All bodies and levels welcome, as modifications and props will be given when necessary! Healthy beginners welcome! Learn the techniques in Level 1 that you need to progress to level 2!
All Level Vinyasa Flow
Enjoy the yoga of conscious movement, or Vinyasa Yoga. A usually vigorous, challenging form of yoga postures not meant for one new to yoga, but those with some posture practice. Students will enjoy the energizing, stimulating, warming benefits of this practice to enhance strength and flexibility of the inner and outer body
Beginner Yoga
A wonderful place to start or keep going. Learn the poses and breathing techniques in a safe and supportive environment to help you strengthen, stretch and relax your mind and body. Great for common aches and pains, tension and stress relief!
Restorative Yoga
Postures are done on the floor, completely supported by blankets and cushions. Postures are held for long periods of time to provide a space of deep peace and increased breath awareness. Recommended for those needing deep relaxation and peace. May be difficult for those who have lower back issues. Classes are smaller due to need for space with props, we recommend you pre-register for this class
Gentle Yoga
Gentle Yoga is a simple practice of moving the body, understanding your breath, and deep relaxation. It is wonderful to reduce stress, manage aches and pains and overall well-being. Dress comfortably and come ready to relax
Prenatal Yoga
For expecting mothers of any trimester, Prenatal Yoga will help reduce stress, strength and stretching that help expecting mothers counter aches and un-comfortableness, and prepare the body for labor. No experience necessary. Please register under our workshop tab, as this class runs as a series or drop-in for $15
All Level Yoga
This class is a traditional practice of yoga postures and breathing techniques to help strengthen, tone and stretch the body. Every class has relaxation techniques to help calm your mind and body.
