    Per pound. The highest grade. Beans labelled Supremo are all of the largest size, uniform hand-picked and hand-sorted beans, without imperfections. Limited supply. A moderately heavy- bodied coffee with a smooth rich flavor and lively character. Nicely balanced. Latin American Coffees are known for their slightly sweet, lively acidity. In some of our coffees the acidity sparkles clearly above the other flavor components and in others it delicately provides a subtle but crisp accent

  • Guatemalan Antigua

    Per pound. Grown in Antigua — the most celebrated coffee growing district in Guatemala — at altitudes 4,500 feet or higher. A medium to full-bodied coffee, distinctively aromatic, lively and tangy with soft acidity and an almost spicy-smokey flavor. Widely considered to be the perfectly balanced coffee. Latin American Coffees are known for their slightly sweet, lively acidity. In some of our coffees the acidity sparkles clearly above the other flavor components and in others it delicately provides a subtle but crisp accent

    Latin American Coffees are known for their slightly sweet, lively acidity. These characteristics are emphasized. The Latin American Blend is a medium to full-bodied blend of coffee beans grown exclusively in Central and South America. This blend highlights the harmonious flavor attributes of some of the Western Hemisphere's finest Arabicas. Blended Coffees tend to de-emphasize the nuances and subtlties of any particular coffee of origin and emphasize the commonalities of the coffees blended

  • African Blend

    African Coffees tend to have sweet, fruity flavors which are balanced by a somewhat tart acidity. By blending the various African coffees together, these characteristics are emphasized. The African Blend is a medium to full-bodied blend of coffee beans grown exclusively in East Africa. Although coffee is grown in other parts of Africa, the best Arabica beans come from the high mountainous regions in the tropical belt of East Africa. The beans and brew emit a fragrant, fruity bouquet. Blended Coffees tend to de-emphasize the nuances and subtlties of any particular coffee of origin and emphasize the commonalities of the coffees blended
