Foot Reflexology is an ancient technique of applying pressure to reflex points on the feet. A great addition to any therapeutic massage session to further relaxation or to help with specific ailments such as: Allergies, PMS Symptoms, Blood Pressure, Bowel Disorders, Stress Disorders, Thyroid Imbalances, and Insomnia. Whether you're having a spa day or looking to spend quality time with a loved one, a couples massage is a great way to relax together! Couples massages are not just for couples, family members and friends can enjoy this experience together as well. There will be two therapists working in the room with you, each one assigned to one of the clients. The most popular massage for this is a Swedish Massage, allowing both of you to relax together. If you or your partner are wanting to get a massage for the first time and are nervous about it, this could be a helpful way to make you feel more at ease. If you are wanting to come in at the same time with a friend/spouse, but do not want to be in the same room you will want to book individual appointments or a 'group appointment', this changes the price as well as room.

Sit down in the Daiwa Legacy Massage Chair and allow the chair to work out knots, increase circulation, and relieve tension. The chair can be set to massage specific areas or full body and has a zero gravity feature. Must be 18 years old. If you are suffering from a fever over 100 Degrees Fahrenheit or suffer from any skin disease, injuries to skin or easy bruising the massage chair is Not suitable for you. If you are pregnant, menstruating, undergoing treatment for injuries or disorders, have a cardiac disorder/heart disease or other acute illness, have osteoporosis or fractures in the spine, have presence of tumors in the body or have a pacemaker or other internal medical device you MUST bring a Doctor's Note stating it is ok and safe for you to have a massage in the Legacy Massage Lounger.

Before scheduling your pregnancy massage, it is important to check in with your doctor to ensure that massage therapy is safe for you and your baby.Most likely it is OK, however it is for you and your baby's best interest.

Aqua Detox Foot Bath
The user of the system places the feet in a bath of luke warm water that has a small amount of salt added, in the form of a solution, which aids the conductivity of the water. When the system is switched on, the array immersed in water creates a series of positive and negative ions - electrons. The body will absorb the electrons and a natural rebalancing of the cells in the body will take place. While you are relaxing, the water will immediately start to change color as millions of ions enter your body and begin to neutralize tissue acid wastes.
