Complete roof inspection for 1- and 2-story homes – checking for broken, cracked, slipped and missing tiles. Refastening, re-nailing, or repairing up to 50 tiles (tile replacement, if required, is additional). Inspecting all plumbing or heating flashings, checking for broken or missing components, collars and caps. Resealing up to 5 plumbing or heating flashings. Inspecting all valleys for damming. Inspecting gutters. Hauling away roof repair debris. Other areas in need of maintenance will be brought to the homeowner's attention with a written estimate.
