    4 slices. This style uses the same ingredients as the NY pizza but our house sliced fresh Mozzarella and our house Pecorino blend. Our signature hand-pressed dough is aged for 72 hours before use. Our red sauce is made from scratch daily hand-crushing only the freshest plum tomatoes we can find. Our goal is to provide the freshest ingredients on every pie. Less is more, we recommend 3 or fewer add on toppings.
