Program Administrator

The Program Administrator is responsible for the overall program to include supervision of staff, development and monitoring of budget, timely and accurate data collection, and program outcomes.
Responsible for supervision of assigned staff, to include interviewing, selection, reference checking, training, coaching, timekeeping
Responsible for the development, authorization and management of unit budget
Responsible for quality assurance checks and quality audits, both internal and external
Responsible for oversight, coordination and monitoring of client programming and care, to include associated contracts for same
Responsible for the development of and adherence to all pertinent rules, regulations, policies and procedures
