Flu Shot Uses Nanoparticles, Prevents 6 Strains

Researchers update the flu shot every year to deal with new strains of the virus. But, in the ongoing search for a universal flu vaccine, Georgia State may have found a helpful addition to the shot: nanoparticles. A flu shot using nanoparticles successfully prevented six strains of the virus in mice.
